The Hennepin History Museum website does not use cookies or collect personal data about visitors.
Waiver of Liability
Registrants of Hennepin History Museum classes, workshops and events agree all employees, volunteers, speakers, vendors are exempted from liability of risks associated with attendance and participation.
Photography/Videography Release
Participants understand that their image may be used in association with additional editorial and promotional materials. In consideration of participants appearance, and without their further consideration, they hereby grant permission to utilize my image in connection with said promotional and editorial materials in any and all manner and media through the world in perpetuity. They agree that their participation in the event may be edited at the discretion of Hennepin History Museum. Participants expressly release Hennepin History Museum, its agents and employees, licensees, and assigns from and against any claims that participants have or may have for invasion of privacy, defamation, or any other cause of action. Participants agree that all resulting intellectual property is the sole property of the Hennepin History Museum. HHM will not take photos of children without consent from a parent or guardian.
