Champions of vocal chamber music for over fifteen years, Quince Ensemble is thrilled to return to the Twin Cities on Friday, March 6. They will offer an evening of contemplative, delightful, and haunting repertoire for women’s voices that speak to and resonate with our current struggles, expanding their usual quartet roster to eight singers to celebrate songs by composers Gabriela Ortiz, Ricardo Zohn-Muldoon, David Dies, and William Thomas McKinley. Whether you’re a seasoned experimental chamber music aficionado, a fan of contemporary storytelling, and/or a curious soul in need of inspiring sounds and stories, we would love for you to join us!
*This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
