This holiday season, shop for Hennepin History Museum merchandise at the Dayton’s Holiday Market!
Did you and your family used to look forward each year to going into downtown Minneapolis to do your holiday shopping at Dayton’s huge, flagship department store, where each floor was filled with beautiful items that would make wonderful gifts for loved ones and friends? In recent years, the holiday tradition of going downtown to shop has been recreated through the Dayton’s Holiday Market, where over 100 vendors are gathered in the original Dayton’s Department Store building to sell their unique items. And this year, Hennepin History Museum is happy to announce it will be participating – offering museum merchandise, books, and copies of the latest issue of our magazine Hennepin History for purchase. Extra special – select note cards, postcards, or matted prints made with exclusive reprints of the museum’s works of art from our own collection –perfect for gifts for anytime of the year, holiday stocking stuffers, or thoughtful hostess gifts!
The Dayton’s Holiday Market opens on Thursday, November 14 and runs through Saturday, December 28. It will be open:
- Mondays through Saturdays: 10 am – 6 pm
- Sundays: 11am – 5 pm
- Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
We hope to see you there and thank you for your support of local history!
