Hennepin History Museum presents Hennepin Fest, a women-led music festival celebrating the diverse history and culture of our community!

This free outdoor festival features music and spoken word by local women artists, including:

Hennepin Fest will also include a Vendor Village with local artists, artisans, and food vendors.

Family Friendly Event

Hennepin Fest is a family friendly event. Kid friendly activities will be available in the Vendor Village. No alcohol will be served at this event.

Accessibility

A paved walking path provides access to the Vendor Village and park benches with sightlines to the stage.

Seating

Limited park bench seating only. Camp chairs and picnic blankets encouraged.

Parking & Transportation

  • Bus – The festival is located near several MetroTransit bus routes.
  • Bike – Bike parking is available at Hennepin History Museum (2303 3rd Ave S).
  • Personal Vehicle – Free on-street parking and paid parking lots are available within 1-3 blocks of the park.
